The Africa Hydrogen Fellowship

As part of its commitment to advancing Africa's clean energy transition, CrossAfrique Hydrogen supports the delivery of the Africa Hydrogen Fellowship (AHF), a flagship capacity-building programme focused on accelerating the continent's hydrogen economy.

The Africa Hydrogen Fellowship is designed to close critical knowledge gaps and equip African youth with specialized expertise in hydrogen technologies. The programme delivers a structured, industry-aligned learning experience that integrates technical and commercial hydrogen education, policy and regulatory insights, practical hands-on learning, and mentorship from leading global hydrogen experts.

Through this multidisciplinary approach, the Fellowship is building a strong pipeline of future African hydrogen leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs capable of designing, financing, and scaling hydrogen and clean energy projects across the continent.
